Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Bengkalis Regency 2021

SKD is a survey designed and conducted by BPS to identify the level of needs and level of consumer satisfaction. The SKD is an annual survey that was first conducted in 2005 and is only conducted at the Central BPS. In 2008, the SKD was carried out at the central BPS and five provincial BPS as a pilot project. In 2009 and 2010, SKDs were implemented at the central BPS and eleven provincial BPS. In 2011 – 2013, SKD was conducted at the central BPS and 33 provincial BPS. Since 2014 until now, the location of the SKD implementation has been expanded to the district/city BPS. SKD provides a space for the community to assess the quality of services and voice their statistical data needs. This is a feedback for BPS to improve the quality of statistical services. Feedback also provides new ideas for public service innovation.
