Abstract

In October 2017, Riau Province experienced inflation of 0.28 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 132.27. Thus the Calendar Year Inflation (January - October 2017) was 3.29 percent, and Year on Year Inflation (October 2017 to October 2016) was 4.71 percent. Of the 3 CPI cities in Riau Province, all cities experienced inflation, namely Pekanbaru by 0.33 percent, Tembilahan by 0.09 percent, and Dumai 0.08 percent
